Domestic Shipping:
All of our products are shipped to you from the United States of America and include shipping insurance and manufacturer warranty. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, ussually whichever is less expensive. Granucci seats are custom made in Italy. Please allow approximately two weeks to receive your tracking number via e-mail.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. After you place your order online, we will contact you with discounted shipping options. After you accept the appropriate shipping amount, we will process and ship your order. All of our products are shipped to you from the United States of America and include shipping insurance and manufacturer warranty. All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, ussually whichever is less expensive. Shipping cost does not include international import duties, check with your customs office. Granucci seats are custom made in Italy. Please allow approximately two weeks to receive your tracking number via e-mail.
Returns/Exchanges:
Return Authorization (RA) number required. To obtain an RA number you must call within 14 days of when you received the merchandise. All returns must be new, unused, in original packaging, suitable for resale.
If you are returning due to customer error, there is a minimum of $10.00 up to 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
Backorders:
All backorders remain active unless canceled by the customer. A cancelation number will be issued upon cancelation.
